Since his early age, Sami Amin had passion for art, drawing and raw materials.Graduated in the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1988, with a bachelor degree in architecture, he pursued a carrier in designing; that started with ladies accessories while still a university student. Through studies, research and practice, he has developed and enlarged his lines of designs to include now a wide range of products. The designer's favorite materials to work with are leather and brass besides iron, wood and glass. His creations are; furniture pieces, home decoration items, lighting units, various types of bags, wallets, purses, ladies accessories and more. The reflection of native multi-culture heritage, love for nature and what it has to offer of beautiful natural materials, is clearly influencing the produced pieces with an authentic and ethnic spirit that is also seen and felt in it. Once he finished the design of a new piece, Sami is personally running and following up each step of the manufacture of it at his workshop in Cairo, manpowered with thirty skilled workers. The produce is then displayed at two own showrooms in Cairo, as well as a number of shops around the country, plus exports outside Egypt. In the field of interiors, Sami's furniture pieces are now a favorite and often selected by top interior designers for houses of celebrities and elite society properties.
